Retraining programmes range from a very basic level (suitable for a young child) to levels that will challenge the average adult. The tasks are gradually advanced as the individual’s skills improve. In addition to the specific focus of these modules, they are also designed to help challenge, motivate and boost the individual’s self-esteem and confidence.
